I hit my goal!! 3.5km run and 5.54km at work. I have reached my goal with 9 days remaining!

5.02km run - personal best time! 2.11km walk. Sore knee and recovering from a cold too!

Had a few days for recovery just been in the gym/netball so no kms but back to it today!

2nd Feb - 24.68km

15km hike today around Llyn y Fan Fach, Llyn y Fan Fawr and the Carmarthen Fans. 24.68km total complete and over £200 raised!
