I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines with Dogs Trust this February!
Throughout2025, my aim is to participate in a fund raising event or monthly challenges set by charities close to my heart.
My second challenge is the "99k for Canines" with Dogs Trust, which involves walking 99k in the month of February and is in honour of Gary Firth.
Following the amazing support for me in 2023 and end of 2024 I am not actively asking for donations (I will be donating) I am just raising awareness and trying to inspire people to join in, although any small donation would be hugely appreciated of course.
The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 9,000 dogs and cared for a total of 11,464 dogs (including those through their Ukraine quarantine scheme as well as police dogs working at the Commonwealth Games!). With your help Dogs Trust hope to continue helping more dogs in 2025 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis
