I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines with Dogs Trust this February!

I’m making a positive start to 2025 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise money for all the dogs in their care.

The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 9,000 dogs and cared for a total of 11,464 dogs (including those through their Ukraine quarantine scheme as well as police dogs working at the Commonwealth Games!). With your help Dogs Trust hope to continue helping more dogs in 2025 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.

13th walk of the month

bear had to find the biggest stick 😂😂

We went on a long walk today bear and poppy made a new friend.

Poppy and bear went on a 3km walk today. It was freezing!

The dogs and I went on a walk round the estate and had a little run home.

We have done 11 km so far this month over the course of 3 days with the dogs.

Today, I took my two labradors on a 3.5km walk through the fields—and they got *very* muddy.

By the time we finished, they were both caked in mud, and I probably had more on me than they did! But seeing them so happy and carefree made it all worth it. Now they’re both passed out, sleeping off their muddy adventure. Can't wait for the next one—towels at the ready!
