I’m running the London Marathon with Dogs Trust!

Last year, Dogs Trust cared for over 12,000 dogs across their 21 rehoming centres. They always make sure their canine residents stay is as comfortable and stress free as possible. As well as food and shelter, they provide essential vet care and vaccinations. On top of that they will address any training and behaviour needs, so their dogs are in the best position to find their forever homes with a loving owner.

15.5mls done Tech top has been tried, tested... and has passed! London Marathon Bring it On !

Injury of the day

Another 20.5 ml run in the bag ,and it was all going so well until I thought I was in the grand national and took a fall at the last furlong.still completed it 6mins faster than previous 20.5 mls

Mothers day long run

Happy Mothers day Just completed my 13 ml run in my best ever time so feeling good . Time for the festivities to begin. Good luck to everyone out there training today.

20.5 ml run in the bag

Well what can I say,it wasn't pretty But with a head wind for 20.5mls it was never going to be but job done and I'm proud I completed it.
