I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines with Dogs Trust this February!

I’m making a positive start to 2025 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise money for all the dogs in their care.

The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 9,000 dogs and cared for a total of 11,464 dogs (including those through their Ukraine quarantine scheme as well as police dogs working at the Commonwealth Games!). With your help Dogs Trust hope to continue helping more dogs in 2025 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.

WE HIT 99K!!

Tron would like to say that his little legs have definitely been tired out! He would also like to thank everyone for the massive £50 extra we have made on donations in the cake shop and from our helpers at Rossmere Salon in Hartlepool! Tron does have more donations due to come in even after this February challenge is over so we will still hit our £250 target! (Even if a tiny bit late)

Second Card High Tea Winner!

Tron had another card game to win a high tea for 2 people on the go and it has not been filled. The winner was Denise P with the name Bonnie! All donations for this game will now be uploaded by the humans along with all the other donations we have received so far this month.

Tron would like to Thank everyone that has contributed so far! We still have more games running to raise money, hopefully Tron and all his donors will smash his target of £250 this month ☺️ Tron has also hit his 50k steps making him just over half way to his 99k target! 🎯

New hair cut day🐕

Tron is well on his way to his 99kms, he is hoping to hit half way by the 14th February.

Bandanna Arrived

Tron has just received his Dogs Trust bandanna. Look at how cute he is going to look on his 99k walks from now on!

We have our first winner!

Tron has been collecting donations for someone to win a High Tea for 2 people and the winner is…… Nathan who had the name Alfie! Tron will be getting his humans to upload the £25 donations he received from all the generous people playing this scratch card game!

Late night walks

Tron has been out again trying to get his 99k for canines! He can definitely say he feels his little legs burning 🔥 but all for a good cause.

Tron’s longest walk yet!

Tron took on his longest walk so far in the challenge. He is happy he is on track! He also came into Cake Toppers to rally up some donations for the doggies.
