99k for Canines 2025

I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines with Dogs Trust this February!

I’m making a positive start to 2025 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise money for all the dogs in their care.

The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 9,000 dogs and cared for a total of 11,464 dogs (including those through their Ukraine quarantine scheme as well as police dogs working at the Commonwealth Games!). With your help Dogs Trust hope to continue helping more dogs in 2025 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.

My Updates

Walking the extra mile: Bonnie’s journey to help dogs in need.

This February, Bonnie and I are putting our best paws forward to support an incredible Cause The dogs trust walk 99K In February challenge.

For those who don’t know, Bonnie is my Sweet, but sometimes mischievous five month old chocolate Labrador She loves cuddling in bed Chasing after anything that moves and keeping me on my toes with her playful antics While she’s still young and full of energy This challenge will be the perfect opportunity for us Bond stay active and more importantly, help dogs that aren’t as fortunate as Bonnie.

As a dog owner, I know how much joy And compassion, a dog can bring to someone But not every dog gets to experience That kind of love That’s why we’re taking on the 99K in February dogs trust charity challenge To raise funds that will go directly to dogs that are in need.

Walking 99 km does sound daunting but with bunnies enthusiasm and crazy zoomies We are up for the task. We will be exploring local parks woods and possibly muddy puddles which are Bonnie’s favourite.

Throughout the challenge, I will be sharing pictures and videos of us In action In our favourite walk in spots And maybe even funny moments (because life with a Bonnie is never dull).

How can you help?
We would love your support whether that be just cheering us on Joining the challenge yourself Or donating to our fundraiser, Every little bit makes a difference.

Stay tuned for updates and wish us luck!
