I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines with Dogs Trust this February!

I’m making a positive start to 2025 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise money for all the dogs in their care.

The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 9,000 dogs and cared for a total of 11,464 dogs (including those through their Ukraine quarantine scheme as well as police dogs working at the Commonwealth Games!). With your help Dogs Trust hope to continue helping more dogs in 2025 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.

Advertures with Missy Moo

Missy is our teeny tiny one year chihuahua weighing in at just 1.6kg. Despite her small size, she has an extremely big personality with a inquisitive playful and gentle nature.

Missy loves to explore, and for a smaller than small fury friend her little legs have covered some extreme distance, (with a few occasional breaks of being carried in our arms of course) we too enjoy the outdoors, and therefore walking with Missy Moo is something which we felt would be fun and achievable.

We look forward to exploring even more places to visit and walk throughout this challenge, and would like to thank you in advance for any kind donations.
