I’m taking part in an event with Dogs Trust!
As some of you already know last year I took part in the London To Brighton Cycle Ride and i am returning again in September to go again!
This time i am helping raise money for dogs in need with Dogs Trust.
Last year it took me just over 6 hours to do the 55 mile ride and i would like to hopefully knock an hour off and finish it under 5 hours! My aim is to raise £1000 this year!
Most of you will know that Dogs are my best friend, so I would like to try and give a little back to the 4 paws who don't currently have a family and try and help with the care they receive and speed up the process of them finding their forever home.
The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 10,000 dogs and cared for a total of 13,375 dogs (including over 300 Underdogs who had been with Dogs Trust for more than 6 months). With your help, Dogs Trust can continue helping more dogs in 2024 as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.
