London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027

We've done it!

Yesterday we attended our local makers market to sell cakes and cookies to raise funds for DT. We managed to make enough to cover our ingredient costs AND raise £300 for DT! I'm so thrilled that it was a success and I'm so grateful to everyone who stopped my and bought something or even just donated to DT! As we had a few people who just wanted to support without buying.

Community events

At the weekend, we attended a summer fun day at a local primary school and a community summer fair at a local community centre. We had such a nice weekend and got lots of support for our cookies and brownies and we gave out some pin badges from DT!

Bake sale in a heatwave 🥵

We held 2 more bake sales at the weekend. It was HOT! Despite many of the bakes melting, we had such a good time and spoke to so many people about dogs and the work of Dogs Trust. We've invested some of the profits into a cooler for our upcoming summer sales so that we can raise even more funds for DT.

First 5km!

Well I never thought I would be able to run for 5 minutes let alone 5km but here we are, my first EVER 5km of running without stopping! Feeling hopeful that I will be able to reach 21km by April next year
