Edinburgh Half Marathon 2026

I’m taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon with Dogs Trust

I’m running the 2026 Edinburgh Half Marathon for Dogs Trust!

The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. In 2023, they were able to successfully rehome over 10,000 dogs and cared for a total of 13,375 dogs across the 22 rehoming shelters across the UK and Ireland.  With your help, Dogs Trust can continue helping more dogs as the need for their services increases with the current cost of living crisis.

The work of Dogs Trust is only possible with sup-pawt like yours. If you’re able to make a small contribution, I know they’d be extremely grateful – and so would the dogs!

Thank you very much.

Edinburgh Half Marathon

I am running the 2026 Edinburgh Half Marathon in aid of Dogs Trust. I would be hugely grateful for any donation that you can make however big or small! Every donation makes a huge impact and helps make tomorrow's world a better place for all dogs.

Your valued donations go a long way for the dogs in care.

£10 could provide a new training lead one of the newest four-legged residents.

£20 could provide a cosy, comfy dog bed.

£35.80 could pay for the cost of looking after a dog for a day at one of the rehoming centres

£150 could pay for a Dog School training class in your local area, helping owners feel confident and empowered and helping them to build an everlasting bond with their pups

£350 could help to us provide care for a whole week, including any vet care they might need.

Thank you!
