I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines challenge with Dogs Trust!
I’m making a positive start to 2026 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise vital funds for the dogs in their care.
The aim of Dogs Trust is to give stray and abandoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners.
Last year, they cared for 11,707 dogs across the UK and Ireland, rehomed 9,914 dogs, and helped deliver nearly one million meals to dogs in need through Fareshare foodbanks.
Your support helps them continue this vital work, especially as the cost of living crisis adds increased pressures for dog owners. The work of Dogs Trust is only possible with donations like yours. 99km, one dog, one big cause <3
I’m taking on the challenge of walking 99km with my dog in support of Dogs Trust.
Dogs Trust does amazing work caring for, protecting and rehoming dogs who have been abandoned, neglected or are in need of a second chance. Every dog deserves love, safety and a happy home — and that’s exactly what this challenge is about.
I’m completing this walk alongside my dog, who reminds me every single day how much joy, comfort and companionship dogs bring into our lives. Not every dog is lucky enough to have that, and Dogs Trust works tirelessly to change that reality.
The 99km will be completed over time, with lots of muddy paws, fresh air and determination along the way. It’s going to be challenging at times, but knowing it’s for such an important cause will keep us going.
