I’m taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon with Dogs Trust!

This October I'm taking on the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Dogs Trust.
Many of you will know that we adopted Ranger, our Cocker Spaniel, from Dogs Trust Cardiff, and Sophie's parents also adopted Monty, their Jack Tzu, from there too. Without Dogs Trust, neither of these amazing dogs would be part of our family today, and we honestly couldn't imagine life without them.
The charity is even closer to home because my partner, Sophie, works at Dogs Trust Cardiff as a veterinary physiotherapist. Every day she helps dogs recovering from injury, illness and neglect regain their strength and confidence, giving them the best possible chance of finding their forever homes. Seeing the dedication of everyone at Dogs Trust, both through Sophie's work and through our own experience of adopting Ranger, has shown us just how much of a difference they make.
Last year alone, Dogs Trust cared for over 11,700 dogs across the UK and Ireland, rehomed almost 10,000 dogs, and helped provide nearly one million meals to dogs in need through FareShare foodbanks. It's incredible what they achieve, and it's all made possible through the support of people who care about giving dogs the second chance they deserve.
If you'd like to support me while helping Dogs Trust continue their amazing work, I'd be incredibly grateful for any donation, big or small. Every pound really does make a difference.
Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot to me, to Sophie, and, of course, to Ranger too! 🐶🏃
