I’m taking part in the 99k for Canines challenge with Dogs Trust!
I’m making a positive start to 2026 by joining the Dogs Trust 99k for Canines challenge! I will be walking 99km throughout the month of February to raise vital funds for the dogs in their care.
This year I officially adopted Stitch after he’d spent 7 years in Dogs Trust care as a sponsor dog. The sponsor scheme gave him the opportunity to receive the training he needed so that he could go into a home successfully and without that, he may not be here today. The sponsor scheme brings in money but also takes money to run because it’s keeping dogs in their care long term and providing medical care, long term kennelling and extra support through training and enrichment. I’d like to try to raise some money to give back to Dogs Trust, in Stitch’s name, to say thank you for giving him the chance to live a normal and happy life.
