Running the GNR 2026 for Dogs Trust!
Hello, My name is Amelie and I'm running the Great North Run for Dogs Trust!
I adopted my border collie Indy from Dogs Trust in 2022 and it's been a delightful few years to see him grow up from a shy, apprehensive pup to a confident, sensitive and inquisitive dog. Indy especially loves to go on runs with me, when I started my running journey Indy was running at my side with his tail high. We were Indy's third home and while he had a difficult start to life, Dogs Trust helped us find Indy a loving and supportive home with us.
My dog is just one example of the thousands of dogs that Dogs Trust help each year. Supporting Dogs Trust means that more dogs will have the same opportunity to thrive as Indy has.
