I’m taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon with Dogs Trust!
This October, I'm proud to be running the 2025 Cardiff Half Marathon in support of Dogs Trust - a charity close to my heart because without them, we wouldn't have our boy, Neville, in our lives.
We adopted Neville from Dogs Trust Bridgend back in June 2020 and we now couldn't imagine life without him. He's been the most loyal running buddy, companion and best mate ever since.
The work Dogs Trust does goes beyond rescuing dogs - it transforms lives, for both dogs and the people who welcome them home.
In 2024 alone, they cared for over 11,700 dogs and helped nearly 10,000 find loving homes. As the cost of living continues to rise more dogs then ever need support, shelter and second chances in life.
In you're in a position to do so, no matter how small, your support will make a real difference. It means more dogs like Neville get the fresh start they deserve and more families like mine get the joy of welcoming them home.
